Mailena Resort and Beach Access Update

Mailena Wellness Resort is nearing completion, with its grand opening scheduled for February 2027. Construction noise is currently limited, though occasional daytime noise may still occur.

Direct beach access from Mantarraya is currently unavailable. Guests can enjoy beach access through nearby Villa del Palmar.

Villa del Palmar Amenities

Mantarraya guests can use Villa del Palmar’s beach, gym, and pools at no additional charge. During periods of high occupancy, access to Villa del Palmar’s pools may be restricted for Mantarraya guests. Mantarraya also offers its own pool for a more private, relaxed experience.

Restaurant purchases, spa treatments, golf, and other paid services at Villa del Palmar are charged separately and can be paid for by credit card.
